Openshark’s MAI Messaging Agent software architecture is a highly scalable data transformation engine designed for carrier class and enterprise customers. The software solution is configured onto a server infrastructure and works by analyzing and transforming all files (including email messaging content and their attachments) into a variety of standard rich HTML formats. The transformed file can be viewed in real-time on nearly any wireless or wired device without regard to that device’s hardware or software feature set. The product is easy to use and requires no training or change to the user’s workflow. User productivity is dramatically enhanced because the file is now available in real-time without artificial limitations caused by slow connection speeds, large file downloads, incompatible file formats, threat of propagation of computer viruses, lack of device hardware or software configuration, or small display form factor / poor resolution.
